Tender: Supply, Installation & Commissioning of 1000 kVA Transformer at DHA Karachi – Bids Due 2026-10-15

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi invites sealed bids from K-Electric approved firms registered under Income Tax/Sales Tax Acts for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a 1000 kVA transformer and supporting electrical equipment at DHA Karachi on a turnkey basis.

- Single-stage procedure with three envelopes: Prequalification, Technical and Financial bids.

- Bidding documents and technical specifications available from the Procurement Directorate, DHA Head Office on submission of a written request and payment of the prescribed fee via Pay Order (non-refundable) in favour of Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority.

- Sealed proposals must be submitted to the undersigned office on or before 2026-10-15 by 10:30 hours. Prequalification, Technical and Financial proposals will be opened in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives who choose to attend.

- DHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. Late submissions will not be entertained.
