Office of the Chief Officer, Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites bids/offers for commercial operation and utilization of an SMD screen installed at Town Hall, Lower Mall Road, Lahore. 4. General Sales Tax Registration (FBR).
5. Income Tax Returns for the last three fiscal years.
6. Audited Financial Statements for the last three fiscal years.
7. Proposed operational and advertising model.
8. Estimated advertising revenue-generating potential.
9. Experience of similar assignments during the last three years.
10. Annual financial offer including all operational expenditure (including monthly electricity bills and M&R expenditures).
11. Affidavit regarding non-blacklisting by any government, semi-government, autonomous body, or public-sector organization.
Submit Pay Order/CDR and required documents to the office of the Chief Officer, Metropolitan Corporation Lahore, Town Hall, Lower Mall Road by the stated deadline. Commercial advertising rights will be granted through the public auction process on the day and time noted above.
