Ayub Medical Teaching Institution Abbottabad — Recruitment Notice for Serial #01–#35 (Apply via ETEA / Ayub Portal)

Ayub Medical Teaching Institution (AMTI), Abbottabad invites applications for multiple vacancies listed as Serial #01 to #35. Serial #01–#23 must be applied through ETEA (www.etea.edu.pk); Serial #24–#35 applications are to be submitted via Ayub Medical College / Ayub Teaching Hospital portals and by following the prescribed online form and submission procedures.

Important deadlines: online application availability starts 2026-10-02 and the last date for submission of online applications is 2026-10-20. Candidates submitting application materials outside ETEA should ensure their hard-copy documents reach the HR office by the stipulated deadline (see contact below).

How to apply: create a profile on ETEA (for Serial #01–#23), obtain E-Sahulat token and CNIC verification, complete the online application, generate and print the prescribed deposit slip and submit the non-refundable processing fee via OneLink/bank as instructed. For Serial #24–#35, use the prescribed form on www.ayubmed.edu.pk or www.ath.gov.pk and submit required documents electronically as a single PDF to the designated email or via the provided online application link.

Submission requirements: online job application form, cover letter, attested copies of academic/experience certificates, valid professional registration/license where applicable, CNIC, domicile, NOC (if relevant), four recent passport-size photographs, and original bank deposit slip (candidate copy). Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview; only shortlisted candidates will be invited. Appointments on Institutional Pay Scale under AMTI/IPS with applicable policies, CPF and MTI rules. Quotas: 2% persons with disabilities, 10% female, 5% minorities.
