Islamabad Club seeks a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the Club’s overall management, uphold its heritage and prestige, and ensure long-term financial sustainability. The CEO will report to the Administrator. Contract: 3 years (extendable for a further 2 years subject to satisfactory performance). Location: Islamabad.

| Education | Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Administration, CA/CFA, Masters in Hospitality Management or related field from an HEC-recognized university |
| Experience | Minimum 15 years post-qualification experience, including at least 7 years as CEO or C‑level in a multi-company or multi-unit organisation; proven P&L ownership, revenue growth, cost control and operational turnaround. Experience in premier members' clubs, recreational projects or large hospitality/sports organisations preferred. |
Key responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership: formulate and deliver the Club's strategic and business plans and annual budgets approved by the Board.
- Executive command: lead and hold senior management (CFO, COO) accountable while safeguarding internal audit independence.
- Service excellence: enforce high standards across dining, rooms, sports, golf and events.
- Revenue growth & financial sustainability: grow membership, F&B, rooms, banquets and sports revenues while optimising costs.
- Governance & compliance: uphold the Club constitution, bye-laws, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
- Ambassadorial duties, infrastructure development, and building a performance-driven culture with succession planning and regular reporting to the Board.
Terms: Appointment is contractual and not regularizable; attractive market-competitive compensation and club privileges are offered. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA admissible. Islamabad Club is an equal opportunity employer.
