Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi E‑Bids Tender: Framework Contract 2026‑27 (Single Stage Two Envelope)

Issuer: Chief Officer, Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi. Purpose: Invitation for e‑bids for Frame Work Contracts for the year 2026‑27 under Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 38(2)(a).

Key dates and submission method: Bidders must submit bids through the Punjab e‑Procurement System (Punjab e‑PS) by 2026-10-17 at 13:00 hrs; tenders will be opened on the same day at 14:00 hrs. Financial and technical proposals must be uploaded separately on Punjab e‑PS. Manual/by‑hand bids or bank guarantees will not be accepted.

Bid security and performance security: Bid security of 5% of the bid value must be submitted electronically via Punjab e‑PS in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority instructions. The lowest bidder will be required to deposit a performance security up to 10% of the contract cost through Punjab e‑PS; it will be returned/released on successful completion of the work.

Eligibility and bidding notes: Suppliers/contractors are responsible for all applicable taxes. Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules will apply. Vendors may bid for one or more lots; each lot is evaluated and awarded separately. Contract period: Framework contract for financial year 2026‑27 (up to 30.06.2027), extendable. All procurements and payments will follow Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi procedures and PPRA rules.
