Issuer: Sindh Higher Education Commission (SHEC). The Commission is inviting proposals from public sector universities and degree‑awarding institutes (DAIs) in Sindh for a Laboratory Strengthening Program for the financial year 2026‑27 to upgrade existing laboratories across various disciplines.

| Eligibility | All public sector universities and degree‑awarding institutes (DAIs) in Sindh. Each university/DAI is eligible to receive only one grant per financial year. Preference to institutions not previously awarded under this program. |

| Ineligible Items / Exclusions | Items not directly related to laboratory functions such as air conditioners, chillers, digital cameras, and UPS systems are excluded. Publication charges and travel allowances for field research are not covered. Funds will not be provided for civil work, infrastructure development, or renovation of laboratories. |
| Application Details | Prescribed application form and relevant information available at: http://www.sindhhec.gov.pk. Proposals must be duly endorsed by the Head of HEI/ORIC/Director of Research and include a detailed list of items with costs in Pakistani Rupees and applicable taxes. |
