DHO Dadu Auction: Disposal of Old/Unserviceable/Surplus Material — EPADS E-Auction (15 Oct 2026)

Issuer: Office of the District Health Officer, Dadu. Reference No: DHOD/(NIT)-22063 dated 29-09-2026. Sealed/electronic bids are invited for the disposal of old, unserviceable and surplus material lying at Taluka Hospital KN Shah through public auction via the EPADS/e-auction system on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis.

Eligible bidders: interested individuals, firms, dealers, contractors and other eligible bidders. Prospective bidders must inspect the material and satisfy themselves regarding quantity, quality, condition and usability prior to bidding. Earnest money/security shall be submitted as prescribed in the EPADS auction documents. Bids will be processed through the EPADS/e-disposal mechanism; electronic bidding is mandatory where applicable.

The successful bidder will be responsible for dismantling, loading, transportation and removal of the auctioned material from the hospital premises after deposit of all dues and obtaining required clearance/permission from the authorized officer. The competent authority/Disposal Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with applicable rules.
