Tender: Energization Works in DHA City Karachi — Bids Due 29 July 2026

Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority City Karachi (DHAC) invites sealed bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure for the energization of Sector 2-D (C-4), PC-01 West Avenue, PC-04 West Avenue and Sec-1 feedback supply. Eligible contractors must hold valid PEC registration in category C4 or above (PEC codes CE-09, CE-10, EE-04 & EE-05) and have active FBR and SRB taxpayer status. Tender fee is Rs.10,000; bids are due 29 July 2026 at 1430 hrs.

Tender documents are available from the Design & Contracts Directorate, DHAC Karachi (Super Highway M-9, DHA City Karachi) from 06 July 2026 on submission of a written request, valid PEC certificate and non-refundable pay order of Rs.10,000 in favor of DHA City Karachi. A pre-bid meeting will be held 16 July 2026 at 1430 hrs in the Main Conference Room, DHA City Karachi. Technical proposals will be opened 29 July 2026 at 1500 hrs; financial proposals of technically qualified bidders will be opened later. Submit sealed bids to the Design & Contracts Directorate by the deadline. Bid security of 2% of the bid amount (Pay Order / Bank Guarantee / Insurance Bond) in favor of DHA City Karachi must accompany the financial bid.
