Tender: Supply of Electrical, Hardware & Sanitary Items — Shaikha Fatima Institute, Lahore

Bids must be uploaded in PDF format on the ePADS portal in the name of Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery, Shaikha Fatima Institute of Nursing & Health Sciences, Lahore.

Key conditions:

• Bids to be submitted lot-wise using single-stage one-envelope procedure as per PPRA Rule 36(a), 2004 (Amended).
• Bid security (earnest money) equal to 3% of the estimated value for each article/lot must be uploaded with the bid in the form of CDR; original CDR to be submitted at tender opening.
• Bidders may participate in one or more lots; for each lot a separate 3% bid security is required.
• Quote item-wise rates and total price of each item and each article; prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.
• Incomplete, late, unsigned, unstamped bids or bids without CDR or not submitted as specified will be rejected.
• Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 A.M.
• Principal, College of Nursing & Midwifery reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per Rule 33 PPRA-2004 (Amended).
