BGBe (Better Governance and Business Environment), implemented by GIZ and co-funded by the European Union and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, invites export-oriented SMEs in the textiles manufacturing sector to submit concept notes for a Challenge Fund supporting innovation, green production and export integration.
The first round will award matching grants to up to 15 SMEs in Punjab and Sindh across textiles, apparel, leather, sports goods and surgical instruments. Grants range from €30,000 to €100,000 from a total pool of €1 million; applicants must provide at least 50% co-financing (cash or in-kind). Eligible SMEs should be duly registered, manufacturing/processing enterprises with relevant turnover and operational history as specified by the programme.
