Auction Notice — Disposal of Old/Unserviceable Hospital Material by District Health Officer Dadu

Issuer: Office of the District Health Officer, Dadu. Public auction for disposal of old, unserviceable and surplus material lying at Taluka Hospital KN Shah. Bids (sealed/electronic) will be invited and processed through the EPADS e‑auction system. Material will be sold strictly on an "AS IS WHERE IS" basis; bidders must inspect items and satisfy themselves regarding quantity, quality, condition and usability before bidding.

Key sale conditions: successful bidders must deposit earnest money/security as prescribed in EPADS auction documents; bidders are responsible for dismantling, loading, transportation and removal of auctioned material from the hospital premises within the prescribed period after payment; any loss or damage during removal will be recoverable from the successful bidder; rates for Iron Sarla/Steel Rebar will be determined on the basis of actual available quantity and measurement by the authorized committee/office.
