The Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Choubara, invites bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System from income-tax/GST-registered partnerships, proprietors, firms and companies for framework contracts and purchases for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidders must register and submit proposals online as specified on the e-Procurement portal. Bidding will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules (Single Stage / Two Envelope where applicable).
