Notice for Auction of Minor Minerals Lease — District Swat

The District Auction Committee, District Swat invites applications from registered contractors of Minor Minerals for participation in auction and grant of minor mineral leases under Section 78(3) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mines & Minerals Act, 2017 for a period of one year on an "as is where is" basis. The auction will be held in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Swat on 2022-10-27 at 11:00 AM; if not held for any reason the next date is 2022-10-28 at 11:00 AM.

Key instructions: Only contractors registered with the Directorate General Mines & Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa as Minor Mineral Contractors may participate. Application forms are available against a fee of PKR 10,000. Interested parties must submit their applications along with the required call deposit and documents to the Assistant Director (Technical), Mineral Development Swat during office hours (09:00 AM to 05:00 PM) before the auction.
