Al-Khair Gadoon (Company) announces its 36th Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 September 2026 at 08:00 AM. Shareholders are invited to attend the meeting.

The register of members/share transfer books will be closed from 17 September 2026 to 23 September 2026 for determining entitlement to attend and vote. Share transfers received at the company’s share registrar by the specified cut-off will be processed in accordance with the stated timeline.

Shareholders holding physical certificates are requested to submit required identification (CNIC copy) where applicable. CDC (Central Depository Company) account holders should ensure their CDC sub-account details are updated and follow CDC procedures for entitlement and proxy submission. Proxy and documentation requirements must be completed prior to the meeting as per company/CDC rules.
