Tender: Supply of Electric Buses with Charger for Quetta Feeder Routes

The Transport Department invites electronic bids for the supply of electric buses with electric charger for feeder routes of green buses in Quetta. Tender fee is not required. Bids must be submitted electronically via the supplier dashboard; tender documents and the NIT are available at www.bppra.gob.pk. Bid security is 2% of the bid value, provided as a bank guarantee or deposit at call in the name of the undersigned from a scheduled bank. Procurement will follow the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules-2014 under a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure.

Eligibility requirements stated: 2 assignments of similar nature and complexity; PKR 400,000,000 in previous 3 years; turnover of at least PKR 100,000,000 in previous 3 years; presence on the Active Tax Payer List and Sales Tax certificate required; JV permissible; bidder must submit a non-blacklist certificate.
