National Council for Homoeopathy invites electronic bids for the supply of IT equipment, printers, scanners, PVC card printer, consumables and stationery. Bids must be submitted through the EPADS e‑procurement system; a 5% bid security of the estimated value is required in the form of a Bank Draft/Pay Order in favour of the Registrar, National Council for Homoeopathy, Rawalpindi. Technical and Financial proposals shall be submitted as per single‑stage two‑envelope procedure; financial proposals are opened only for technically compliant bids.
