PSIC Tender: Up-gradation of Pakistan Handicraft Shop at PSIC House, Davis Road Lahore

Issuer: Punjab Small Industries Corporation (PSIC). Purpose: Hiring of firms/contractors for up-gradation works at PSIC House, Lahore. Bidding will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement system under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure (PPRA Rules 2014).

How to apply: Complete bidding documents in English must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement portal (https://epp.punjab.gov.pk) by 2026-10-19 not later than 10:00 AM. Technical proposals will be opened on 2026-10-19 at 11:00 AM in the Committee Room, 1st Floor, PSIC House, 23-A Davis Road, Lahore, in the presence of applicants or their representatives.

Eligibility and requirements: Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration in category C-5 or above for the current year in the relevant specialization; registration with SECP or Registrar of Firms/Government organizations; valid tax registration/certificates; undertaking on judicial stamp paper that the firm was never blacklisted by PSIC; earnest money must be uploaded as CDR in favour of Director (W&D), PSIC Head Office, Lahore, equal to 5% of the tender cost. Item rates must be filled by the contractor.

Documents and portal: Tender documents, including technical and financial proposal formats, are available on the PPRA/Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bids will be processed exclusively via the Punjab e-Procurement system (eP).

Other conditions: Any bidder failing to submit the required CDR will be considered non-responsive. If a public holiday is declared on the submission/opening day, the next working day will be considered for submission/opening. Bid validity: 180 days from the date of bid submission.
