The Government of Balochistan, Planning & Development Department invites applications for the position of Project Director for the project “CM Provision of Clean Drinking Water At All Union Councils”.

Position	Vacancies	Pay Scale	Key Qualifications & Experience
Project Director	01	PPS-09	BS (Honours) in Engineering and/or Master's in Economics, Business/Public Administration, Project Management, Public Health, Public Policy or other HEC-recognized qualifications. Minimum 10 years progressive experience in planning, implementation, supervision and management of water supply or related infrastructure projects. Proven leadership, coordination and team management skills; familiarity with Balochistan procurement and financial rules preferred. Valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) registration. Experience in execution, implementation and operationalization of water treatment plants.

Age limit: Minimum 40 years and Maximum 62 years. Local domicile: Balochistan.

How to apply: Submit a complete application with a detailed CV, attested experience certificates, CNIC copy and two passport-size photographs to the Office of the Chief of Section (PHE), Office No. 10 & 11, First Floor, Block-13, Planning & Development Department, Civil Secretariat, Zarghoon Road, Quetta within 15 days of publication. All submissions will be scrutinized as per the Project Director Appointment Policy of the Government of Balochistan.

Notes: In-service/government employees must apply through proper channel and obtain NOC from their department. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview. No TA/DA will be allowed. Applicants providing unsubstantiated or incorrect information will be liable to disqualification and legal action.
