Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). Purpose: Hiring of contractors for secondary waste transportation to dumpsite for a period of one year, extendable for another year. Bidding will follow e-Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure with least-cost selection via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab e-Procurement (e-Proc) portal. Bid security of 2% of the estimated annual price must be submitted online in accordance with Punjab e-Procurement System regulations. Unconditional bids from eligible bidders or joint ventures (as per bidding document) are invited.
