Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). LWMC invites online bids from bidders / joint ventures for hiring of contractors for secondary waste transportation to dumpsite for a period of one year, extendable for a further one year. Procurement will follow Punjab PPRA Rule 38(2)(a) Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure via the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Bidding documents are available on the Punjab e-Procurement portal and the PPRA Punjab / LWMC procurement websites. Bid security of 2% of the estimated price must be submitted online as per the e-Procurement system guidelines. Submission and other procedures shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk).
