Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). Purpose: Hiring contractors for secondary waste transportation to dumpsites for the period of one year, extendable for another one year.
Procurement method: Online bidding through the Punjab e-Procurement System under Rule 38(2)(i) — Single Stage, Two Envelope procedure. Bidding documents and detailed tender advertisement are published on the PPRA Punjab website and the Punjab e-Procurement portal. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated annual price is required for each lot and must be submitted as per e-Procurement guidelines.
