LWMC Invitation to Bid — Hiring Contractors for Secondary Waste Transportation (Multiple Lots)

Issuer: Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC). LWMC invites unconditional online bids from firms/ joint ventures for hiring contractors for secondary waste transportation to dumpsite for a period of one year, extendable for another one year.

Procurement method: Online e-Procurement under PPRA Punjab (Single Stage – Two Envelope, least-cost selection). Bidding documents and detailed lot-wise estimated annual prices and 2% bid security amounts are published on the PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Bid security (2% of estimated price) must be submitted online as per e-Procurement guidelines.

Submission and opening: Bids must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Technical bids will be opened online in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the specified time on the e-Procurement portal. Submission and opening times stated in the bidding documents are 1100 hours (submission) and 1130 hours (opening).
