Item rates must be quoted item-wise, uploaded electronically, and shall be inclusive of applicable taxes. Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, cut/overwritten or dubious bids will be rejected. Performance guarantee will apply as per prevailing government rules. Evaluation will be by Least Cost Selection and the contract awarded to the lowest evaluated bidder. Successful bidder must carry out required quality control tests at their own expense. The Competent Authority may reject all bids prior to acceptance.
