LWMC Invitation to Bid: Hiring Contractors for Secondary Waste Transportation to Dumpsite (1 year, extendable)

Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites online bids from bidders/joint ventures (eligible as per bidding document) for hiring contractors for secondary waste transportation to the dumpsite for the period of one year, extendable to another one year. The procurement will follow Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with applicable rules.

Bidding documents, detailed scope, lot allocation, estimated annual values and required bid security amounts are available on the Punjab e-Procurement website and can be downloaded from the PPRA Punjab/e-Procurement portal. Pre-bid meeting(s) and bid submission/opening will be conducted as per timelines published on the e-Procurement portal. Bidders must submit bids through the e-Procurement system and comply with the bidding document requirements including submission of bid security as specified.
