District Council Faisalabad Invites e-Bids for Annual Repair, Rehabilitation, Construction and Maintenance Contracts

District Council Faisalabad (Chief Officer: Fida Iftikhar Mir) invites electronic bids (e-Bids) from eligible, experienced and financially sound firms/contractors/suppliers for multiple annual contracts for the Financial Year 2026–27 through the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS) in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended) and the Punjab Procurement Regulations, 2024 (as amended).

Key submission and bidding instructions:

• Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System (Punjab e-PS).
• Only electronic bids submitted through Punjab e-PS will be accepted; manual or hard-copy bids will not be entertained.
• Bids will be opened in the office of the Chief Officer, District Council Faisalabad, on the same day at 11:00 AM; bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening.
• Procurement shall be carried out under Single Stage — Single Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (as amended).
• Bid security equal to 5% of the estimated cost/value must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-PS. Physical financial instruments such as CDRs, pay orders, demand drafts or bank guarantees are not acceptable.
• Tender documents, detailed bidding documents, technical specifications and eligibility criteria are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website. The response period shall be calculated from the date of publication of the tender notice.
