Issuer: Cantonment Board Abbottabad invites electronic bids for Annual Maintenance & Repair (M&R) works for Financial Year 2026-27 under single stage single envelope procedure.

Key instructions and conditions:
- Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement portal (EPADS v2.0). Manual bids will not be entertained.
- Bidders must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category (C6 & above) and possess a valid NTN.
- Earnest money equal to 5% of the estimated cost must be provided in the shape of a call deposit from a scheduled bank in favor of Cantonment Board Abbottabad.
- Performance guarantee of 10% of the estimated cost will be required within seven days of issuance of letter of acceptance.
- Bids shall remain valid for 180 days from the date of opening.
- Procurements will follow MES Schedule of Rates 2025 and relevant PPRA rules.

- Deadline for electronic submission: 2026-10-26 at 11:30 AM.
- Bids will be opened on 2026-10-26 at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
