National Bank of Pakistan invites applications for the positions of Senior Officer (End Service Benefits) and Officer (End Service Benefits) to be based at the Head Office, Karachi. Minimum qualification is a bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). The Senior Officer role requires about four years’ relevant experience; the Officer role requires about two years’ relevant experience. Key responsibilities include managing end-of-service settlements, SAP HR/payroll processes, liaison with HR/Finance/Regional offices and processing final settlements and related compliance.
