Issued by Commandant CMT & SD Golra with M/s Junaid Anwaar Kiani & Co acting as auctioneer for disposal of unserviceable/obsolete stores, vehicle spares, packing materials (jerricans & barrels) and vehicles on an “As is Where is” basis.

Key conditions and requirements:

• Competent authority reserves the right to reject or cancel any/all bids.
• Interested bidders must present original CNIC (with photocopy) at entry; otherwise no entry will be allowed.
• Successful bidders must deposit 25% of total sale amount at the auction spot/same day; the remaining 75% shall be deposited to the auctioneer within the due course as notified.
• Applicable sales tax, income tax and other government taxes must be deposited under Government tax number FTN-9010700-4; bids not complying will not be considered.
• Successful bidders are responsible for removal of auctioned lots from CMT & SD Golra and POL Depot ShifaKhan premises at their own expense and within the permitted period; representatives and removal procedures must follow auction terms.
• Successful bidders will provide required documentation including company/firm letterhead, delivery order, tax challan forms and CNIC copies as instructed by the auctioneer.
