Auction Notice — Sale of Used/Unserviceable Stores, Scrap, Vehicles & Packing Materials at CMT & SD Golra

Commandant CMT & SD Golra has engaged M/s Junaid Anwaar Kiani & Co to arrange a public auction of used and unserviceable/obsolete stores, scrap, vehicle spares, packing materials (jerricans & barrels) and vehicles on an "As Is Where Is" basis.

Key terms and instructions:

• The Competent Authority may reject or cancel any accepted or all bids without giving a reason.
• Interested bidders must present original CNIC (with a photocopy) for entry to the depot.
• Successful bidders must deposit 25% of the total sale amount on the spot/same day; the remaining 75% must be deposited within the prescribed period. In case of default the deposited 25% will be surrendered to the Government Treasury.
• Applicable government taxes (sales tax, income tax, etc.) must be deposited according to the latest policy under Government tax number FTN-9010700-4; otherwise the bid will not be accepted.
• Successful bidders are responsible for removal of the auctioned lots from CMT & SD Golra and POL Depot Sihala premises and must remove lots within fifteen working days including the day of auction.
• Additional conditions will be announced before the start of the auction.
