Eligible bidders must hold PEC licenses for Civil Works (CE01 & CE10) and Mechanical Works (ME06), have completed at least one similar project of minimum Rs.150 million within the last five years, have an audited average turnover of at least Rs.100 million per year for the past three years, and be registered with FBR/SRB as active taxpayers.
