Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Tender for Supply of Animal Ration (1 Jul 2026–30 Jun 2027)

Pakistan Rangers (Punjab), Headquarters Lahore, invites e-bids on EPADS V2.0 for the supply of animal rations to multiple locations across Punjab for the period 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027. Bidders must register on EPADS V2.0 and submit bids online; registration on EPADS is required on or before 21 July 2026, 11:00 AM and bids will be opened on 21 July 2026 at 11:30 AM at Headquarters Pakistan Rangers (Punjab). Bidders must quote per-kg prices for each listed ration item (rates to include transport and taxes), upload a scanned bid security (Pay Order/CDR) in favor of Director General Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) Lahore and present the original at technical bid opening. Earnest money of 2% (refundable) is required; the successful tenderer must deposit 5% security within 15 days of acceptance. Firms must deposit 10 kg sample of each item with PCSIR approval before bid opening; payment is subject to sample clearance by AFIN and testing charges will be borne by the firm. Procurement will follow Single Stage-One Envelope LCBS under Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
