Procurement will be conducted through the E-Procurement system of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Firms must be registered on the E-Procurement portal and are responsible for sales tax, income tax, and other statutory obligations. Tender documents and submission are available via the E-Procurement portal: https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the PPRA website: https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Manual or hard-copy bids will not be accepted.
Submission deadline: tenders must be submitted on or before 2026-10-12 by 11:00 hours. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day via E-Procurement at 11:30 hours. If the last date falls on a public holiday the next working day will be considered for submission/opening. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
