Annual General Meeting Notice — Jubilee Spinning & Weaving Limited

Jubilee Spinning & Weaving Limited invites its shareholders to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 22 March 2026 at 10:30 AM at the company's registered office.

The meeting will consider the annual audited accounts, election/retirement of directors and appointment of auditors, and transact other business as permitted under company law.

Shareholders whose names appear in the share register or CDC sub‑account as of the record date are entitled to attend and vote. Beneficial owners holding shares in CDC are requested to provide their CDC participant ID and an attested copy of their CNIC/NICOP for verification. Physical shareholders should provide an attested copy of CNIC as required.

Proxies must be submitted in accordance with the Companies Ordinance and relevant regulations; shareholders are advised to ensure proxy forms reach the company within the time limits stated in the notice (48 hours before the meeting where applicable).
