Bids must include the required Bid Security as specified in the respective bidding documents, submitted in the shape of Pay Order or Bank Draft in favour of Collector, Collectorate of Customs Enforcement‑Indus, Multan and must reach the designated office before the deadline. Only bids submitted through E‑PADS 2.0 will be accepted. Procurement will be made as per PPRA Rules 2004; the procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule‑33.
