Railway Estate Development & Marketing Company (Pvt) Ltd (REDAMCO), Ministry of Railways, invites sealed bids under a Single-Stage, Two-Envelope procedure for grant of lease rights on Pakistan Railways prime land on a lease model for mix-use commercial developments (shopping plaza/market, corporate offices, retail outlets and factory outlets).
Key terms: 21 years lease (extendable for another 21 years); annual increase in rent 08% compound; mobilization period 24 months from date of possession; building construction as per local bye-laws. Pre-bid meeting: 2026-10-09 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office (also available on Zoom). Submission of bids: on or before 2026-10-19 at 02:00 PM at REDAMCO Head Office. Technical bid opening: 2026-10-19 at 02:30 PM at REDAMCO Head Office.
