Issuer: The Punjab Prisons Foundation, Lahore invites Expressions of Interest from qualified and experienced audit firms for appointment as External Auditors to conduct audits of its financial statements, income and expenditure and related financial records for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26, in accordance with the Foundation's Bye-Laws and applicable accounting and auditing standards.
Submission instructions: Firms must submit two separate sealed envelopes containing Technical and Financial Proposals. The single package (both envelopes) must be delivered to the Tender Box at the office of the Secretary General, Punjab Prisons Foundation, Lahore. Technical proposals will be opened on the same day in the presence of representatives of participating firms.

The firm must not be blacklisted, debarred or declared ineligible by any Federal or Provincial Government department, agency or regulatory authority in Pakistan. |
