The Punjab Prisons Foundation, Lahore invites qualified and experienced audit firms to submit Expressions of Interest for appointment as External Auditors to audit its financial statements, income and expenditure and related financial records for the financial years 2024-25 and 2025-26 in accordance with the Foundation's By‑Laws and applicable accounting and auditing standards.

Scope	Statutory audit of financial statements, income & expenditure and related records for FY 2024-25 and FY 2025-26
Key eligibility & technical requirements	Firm must be duly registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and possess a satisfactory Quality Control Review (QCR) rating. Compliance with ICAP's Unique Document Identification Number (UDIN) requirements for applicable financial statements and audit reports. Firm must be listed under Category 'A' on the panel of auditors maintained by the State Bank of Pakistan and/or be a Category-A Chartered Accountant (CA) firm included in the panel of auditors maintained by the State Bank under Section 35(1) of the Banking Companies Ordinance, 1962. Minimum three (03) years of relevant professional experience. At least five (05) audits of Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs), Government Organizations/Departments, Autonomous Bodies, or similar public-sector entities successfully conducted. Firm must not be blacklisted, debarred or declared ineligible by any Federal or Provincial Government Department, Agency, Organization, or Autonomous Body; an affidavit on stamp paper (prescribed value Rs. 1,200/-) to this effect is required.
Proposal submission	Single package containing Technical and Financial Proposals in two separate, sealed and clearly marked envelopes submitted in the Tender Box at the office of the Secretary General, Punjab Prisons Foundation, Lahore.
