Buildings Division Layyah invites e-tenders from eligible contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (relevant category/codes for FY 2026-27) for several civil works. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement/PPRA portal and submit bid security electronically as prescribed by the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Key submission details: online bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid submission deadline for all listed schemes is 2026-10-14 (online submission up to 12:00 PM); technical/financial bids will be opened on 2026-10-14 at 12:30 PM in the office of the Executive Engineer in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A 5% bid security is required; for Serial Nos. 1 & 2 a Performance Guarantee up to 10% of the contract amount will be required within 15 days of issuance of the letter of acceptance, valid for three months beyond completion.
Other instructions include requirement to provide a photocopy of valid PEC license, registration on the Punjab PPRA website, and compliance with PPRA rules and circulars cited in the notice. Tender documents must be downloaded and uploaded via the e-Procurement portal; manual submissions will not be accepted.
