Arif Habib Limited Declares Final Cash Dividend of Rs.12.50 Per Share for Year Ended 30 June 2026

Arif Habib Limited has declared a final cash dividend for the year ended 30 June 2026 at Rs.12.50 per share (125%), approved at the AGM held on 25 September 2026. Entitled shareholders had the dividend credited electronically into their designated bank accounts on 30 September 2026. Dividend payment to shareholders who have not provided a valid IBAN has been withheld in compliance with Regulation 6 of the Companies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017. Claims for withheld dividends may be filed with the Company’s Share Registrar and must include the member's IBAN.
