Public Notice: Restrictions on Transactions for PIDC Employees Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd. and Sindh Royal Cooperative Housing Society Ltd., Karachi

Registrar Cooperative Societies, Sindh issues a public notice advising the general public that status quo orders passed by the Honourable Courts and restrictions/freezing orders imposed by NAB Sindh are in force regarding the assets, properties and accounts of the following cooperative societies. Complaints of unauthorized construction and encroachment under the patronage of society office-bearers have been received. The public is strictly advised to refrain from making any investment, purchase, transfer, illegal construction or other transactions in respect of these assets/properties until further notice or until the orders are modified, vacated or otherwise dealt with by the courts/competent authorities. Any transaction undertaken in disregard of these restrictions will be at the sole risk and responsibility of the concerned persons.
