Agenda (Ordinary Business)
To receive, consider and adopt the audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2026 together with the Directors' and Auditors' reports. To appoint Auditors of the Company and to fix their remuneration. The Board has recommended M/s. Janjua Shahid, Chartered Accountants; they are the retiring auditors and have offered themselves for re‑appointment. To transact any other business with the permission of the Chair.
