PAA Tender: Construction of Boundary Wall to Control Encroachment near Natha Khan (Survey No.42 & 43) at JIAP Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites electronic bids for the construction of a boundary wall to control encroachment near Natha Khan (Survey No.42 & 43) at Jinnah International Airport (JIAP), Karachi. Bids must be submitted through the PPRA E-PADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk) before 11:00 AM on 2026-07-30; opening will be at 11:30 AM on 2026-07-30.

Earnest money is Rs. 1,000,000. Eligible bidders must hold current PEC registration in category 6-C or above, possess an NTN, be on FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and provide the relevant provincial income tax certificate. Original pay order/bank draft in favor of "Pakistan Airports Authority" must be submitted in a sealed envelope and a copy uploaded to the E-PADS portal. Dishonoured financial instruments will lead to blacklisting and legal action.
