PAA Tender: Construction of Boundary Wall to Control Encroachment at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) invites electronic bids for the construction of a boundary wall to control encroachment near Natha Khan (Survey No. 42 & 43) at Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. Earnest money is Rs. 1,000,000. Submission deadline is 2026-07-30 before 11:00 AM via PPRA e-procurement (EPADS); bids will be opened on 2026-07-30 at 11:30 AM through EPADS.

Eligible firms must hold current-year Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) category C-6 or above registration, valid NTN and FBR Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and the relevant provincial professional tax certificate. Bids must be submitted electronically at https://eprocure.gov.pk; where applicable, bank guarantee or demand draft issued by a scheduled bank in favor of “Pakistan Airports Authority” must also be submitted as a hard copy in a sealed envelope and uploaded to EPADS.
