Registered bidders must be on the Punjab e-Procurement System to be eligible. Tender documents, including technical and financial bid instructions, are available on the Punjab e-Procurement System and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website. Bids must be submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System no later than 2026-10-19 by 03:00 PM; bids will be opened the same day at 03:30 PM. Bids received through any mode other than the Punjab e-Procurement System shall not be considered. If the last date for submission falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for bid submission and opening.
