Pakistan Sports Board Tender: Renovation & Upgradation of Multipurpose Hall at PSB Coaching Centre, Karachi

Pakistan Sports Board (PSB), Islamabad invites bids through EPADS-2.0 from contracting firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council for the renovation and upgradation of the Multipurpose Hall at PSB Coaching Centre, Karachi. Bidding documents are available for download at http://eprocure.gov.pk and on PSB's website www.sports.gov.pk. Applications must be submitted through EPADS-2.0 with complete technical and financial proposals.

Key conditions and submission requirements:

- Firms must meet evaluation criteria as mentioned in the bidding documents.

- Audit reports for the last three years duly audited by a firm of Chartered Accountants are required.

- Income tax returns for the last three years must be provided.

- Proof of National Tax Number (NTN) and firm registration on ATL must be submitted.

- Affidavit on judicial stamp paper stating the firm has not been blacklisted by any government/autonomous body.

- Bid security/earnest money to be submitted in the form of bank draft / pay order / CDR in favor of Director General, Pakistan Sports Board, Islamabad.

- One copy of the technical proposal (financial proposal excluded) in hard form as uploaded on EPADS must be submitted. In case of differences, the documents/information as envisaged in the downloaded proposals shall prevail.

- A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the technical proposal; the original bid security must reach the undersigned before the closing date and time.

- The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule-33 of the PPRA Rules, 2004.
