Eligibility
- Matric with Science (Physics, Chemistry & Biology) or Matric Arts as per HEC requirements
- Diploma in General Nursing
- Diploma in Midwifery (or any Post Basic Specialty for male candidates in lieu of Midwifery diploma)
- One year clinical experience (post‑experience of midwifery/specialty)
- Valid PNC registration with all entries of professional qualifications

- Four marksheets for General Nursing & Midwifery (any post basic specialty)

Entry test & merit
- Written test based on standards of General Nursing & Midwifery (or any post basic specialty) and English.
- 50% marks considered pass; admission will be based on overall merit (diploma marks, entry test marks and interview marks).
- Provision of NOC is mandatory for candidates employed in the government sector.
