Power Cement Limited — Notice of 35th Annual General Meeting (Karachi, 2026-10-20)

Power Cement Limited has called its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for Tuesday, 20 October 2026 at 11:30 AM at the PSX Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Admin Block, Stock Exchange Building, Stock Exchange Road, Karachi. The meeting will also be accessible via the company’s video-link facility and shareholders may participate through e-voting and postal ballot as provided.

Key items on the agenda include adoption of the minutes of the 34th AGM, consideration and adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026, election/appointment and remuneration of auditors, approval of directors’ reports and payment of dividends if declared, and other ordinary and special business as set out by the Board. Members wishing to attend via video link must provide valid CNIC / NTN as required; shareholders who have not submitted photocopies of their CNIC are requested to do so to the Company or the Share Registrar.
