Issuance of tender documents: Obtain documents (Mon–Fri, 09:00–15:45) from the office at Plot #173, Street #26, DHA Phase‑VIII, Karachi by submitting an application on company letterhead and a Pay Order of Rs.1,500/‑ (non‑refundable) in favor of the specified account up to 2026-10-19. Cheques and cash are not acceptable. Attach NTN/GST registration certificate.
Earnest money: A bid security equal to 2% of the total quoted value in the form of pay order/bank draft/deposit must be submitted with the quotation. Offers must remain valid for at least 90 days from the opening date. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation in whole or in part.
