Grays Leasing Limited hereby gives notice of its 31st Annual General Meeting to be held on 26 October 2026 at 10:00 AM at the registered office: 701-A, 7th Floor, City Towers, Main Boulevard, Gulberg-II, Lahore. The meeting will consider ordinary business as detailed below.
Key agenda items include confirmation of the minutes of the 30th AGM, receipt and adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2026 with directors’ and auditors’ reports, appointment of auditors for 2026–2027 and fixing their remuneration (the Board recommends Messrs Riaz Ahmad & Company, Chartered Accountants), and the election of seven (7) directors for a three-year term.
