Public Notice: 123 Acres Property in Malir, Karachi Subject to Ongoing Court Proceedings

Mohsin Shahwani Law Associates gives notice that a property measuring 123 acres and 31 ghuntas in District Malir, Karachi (comprising Survey Nos 80, 81, 82, 90, 127 and 130 and related parcels) is the subject matter of multiple legal proceedings, including matters pending before the Federal Constitutional Court and Suit No. 586 of 2013.

The public, developers, investors and financial institutions are warned that title and ownership of the subject property are disputed and any purchase, transfer, encumbrance, development or creation of third-party interests shall be undertaken at their own risk and remain bound by the final court decisions. Parties are advised to refrain from transactions concerning the property until final adjudication.
